KIPLIN BRYDON
BC-HIS, REGISTERED HEARING AID PRACTITIONER
Kiplin started her career as a personal trainer, motivated by the goal of helping others improve their quality of life. She also loves to sing, dance, and exercise in her free time. Kiplin later graduated from the Hearing Aid Practitioner program at Grant MacEwan University in 2013 and became nationally board certified shortly after. She now devotes her time to helping others with their goals of better hearing and enjoys her part in helping people stay connected with their loved ones. Kiplin is dedicated to helping each person with their specific needs for the best overall hearing aid experience.

JOANNE LAFOND
BC-HIS, REGISTERED HEARING AID PRACTITIONER
Joanne was born and raised in the Peace Country, now calls Edmonton home. She is fluent in French and English. Joanne has been in the hearing health industry for 18 years and is committed to improving quality of life through better hearing. Her focus is on educating clients about their hearing health and providing them with the information and tools needed to enhance their hearing needs.

MASUMA MANJI
BC-HIS, REGISTERED HEARING AID PRACTITIONER
Masuma Manji is a Registered Member of the College of Hearing Aid Practitioners of Alberta, as well as a Board Certified, Hearing Instrument Specialist. Masuma was diagnosed with a hearing loss since birth and wears hearing aids. She can empathize with her clients and understand their needs.

HEATHER BUTTAR
BC-HIS, REGISTERED HEARING AID PRACTITIONER
Heather attended the Hearing Aid Practitioner program at Grant MacEwan University. She strongly believes in working with each client to address their individual communication needs and obstacles in order to provide the best hearing solution for their lifestyle. It is her goal to improve hearing and communication for her clients so they can get back to participating in the activities they love and enjoying life!

NAVREET SIDHU
CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
Navreet was born in Punjab, India. She came to Canada in 2011 and loves it. She completed her 2-year business administration diploma at Nait. She feels there is nothing more fulfilling than enjoying what you do. She is glad that we can make a difference in our patient's lives. More about Navreet - she enjoys reading books and cooking her favourite cuisine!

ADAIRE MOLAND
HEARING AID PRACTITIONER
Adaire has been enriching customer’s experiences since she started her career in the golf industry. Adaire has been able to hone her ability to make people comfortable and pass along industry specific knowledge easily. As a recent graduate from the Hearing Aid Practitioner program at Grant MacEwan University; she looks forward to imparting her knowledge and experience to elevate her client’s lives.
